Jon has been a licensed realtor since 1985. Jon opened ARC Real Estate, Inc. in January 1990 as Owner/Broker. He specializes in agricultural real estate not only in Kansas but across the United States. He is active and knowledgeable in all phases of real estate. Previous to becoming a realtor, Jon was a self-employed farmer in Grant County. Jon began farming in 1975 and is still active in farming as well as real estate. With his knowledge of agriculture, Jon can certainly help you with buying or selling of farm ground, dairies, feedlots, etc. as well as residential and commercial real estate. Jon is very active on a state and local level so is always up on any of the latest real estate changes. This helps him better serve all his customers and clients. As well as real estate and farming, Jon is very active in the community serving on many committees for the betterment of Garden City and the surrounding area.
